the Last Frontier Council's properties and home of summer camping
adventures for thousands of scouts each year. Part of the
curriculum will take advantage of the resources and facilities

Ranch
Diamond H Scout Ranch
The Diamond H Scout Ranch is
the Last Frontier Council’s newest rugged outback facility located
in the Cookson hills south of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Our new 6000 square foot conference center will welcome Powder Horn
participants. You will be in the first official training at breaking
in our new facility.
The building includes a multipurpose meeting / dining hall, kitchen,
camp offices, health lodge, staff sleeping quarters and outside
opening showers, toilets and clothes washers/dryers.
The
interior has a faceted ceiling that symbolizes the diamond shape
found in the ranch name and the Venturing logo.
Side Trips
The Powder Horn experience may involve special side trips to
discover new adventures nearby the scout facilities.
